5. Room hire services
We provide consulting and therapy room hire across our Clerkenwell premises, available on both a contract (regular, ongoing) and ad hoc (occasional) basis. Room availability, pricing and contract lengths are set out on our Pricing page and are subject to change.
Contract bookings run for an agreed term (typically between 42 and 51 weeks per year) and can exclude agreed holiday or study periods. Ad hoc bookings are subject to availability at the advertised hourly rate.
If a contracted booking cannot be used, a partial refund of up to 50% of the room-hire fee may be given if the room is rebooked by another practitioner. Releasing unwanted bookings as early as possible improves the chance of a successful rebooking and refund.
All bookings are made through our booking system, which carries its own separate booking system fee for ad hoc users. Full current pricing is published on our website and may be updated from time to time.
6. No warranties
This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information and materials found on this website, to the extent permitted by law.
