Professional Rooms for Coaching Sessions

Members have access to our Maiden House online booking system, giving them full control over their room bookings.

The system includes:

• The ability to take client payments using PayPal, with payments going directly into the practitioner’s own PayPal account.
• A virtual wallet which can be topped up and used to pay for room bookings.
• Credits being returned to the virtual wallet where eligible cancellations are made.
• A diary showing room availability by day and time for up to two years ahead.
• The ability to start a regular contract and receive our most favourable rates: £14.50 per hour Monday to Friday, £12.50 per hour at weekends.

For medico-legal work, filming, assessments or other one-off professional bookings, please contact us directly and we will arrange the booking for you.

Ad Hoc bookings are pay-as-you-go with no ongoing commitment, at £21.50 per hour, subject to availability. Contract bookings secure the same room and time slot every week for an agreed term (typically 42–51 weeks a year), at a lower rate of £14.50 per hour on weekdays or £12.50 per hour at weekends.

Pricing is the same across our rooms and depends on how you book rather than which room you choose: £14.50 per hour (weekdays) or £12.50 per hour (weekends) on a contract, or £21.50 per hour ad hoc.

Yes. We understand that clients sometimes cancel at short notice.

If your booking is outside the normal cancellation/refund period, you can still release the room back onto the booking system.

If another member then books that released room, you will receive a 50% rebook refund, credited directly back into your virtual wallet.

This gives members the opportunity to recover part of the cost of a late cancellation while making the room available for another practitioner.

Each room includes furnishings, climate control, and access to shared waiting areas. WiFi is also included throughout the building.

The centre is in Central London and is easily reached by public transport; nearby paid parking is also available.

Yes. Contract bookings can be for full days, half days, or as little as one hour a week at the same time in the same room, giving your clients a consistent, familiar space to return to.

Payment is handled directly through our online booking system, which also manages invoicing — making it easy to keep a clear record of your bookings for your own accounts.
